Craniofacial surgery is carried out in a multidisciplinary approach in specialized centers with input from Neurosurgeons, Neuroradiologists, Faciomaxillary Surgeons and ENT surgeons.

The surgery is major, complex and protracted. It may require further surgery episodes as the face may continue to grow and develop till early adulthood.
